How are all pieces made?

All pieces are handmade using polymer clay and various tools to shape and design each piece. Once pieces have been created, they are baked, sanded, glazed and put together to perfection!

What metals do you use?

All earrings are made with 24k gold plated hypoallergenic stainless-steel posts and hooks. Each necklace is made with 10k gold plated necklace chains. All hair clips are made with nickel plated metal.

I don’t have pierced ears! I can’t wear metal! What do I do?

No problem! When you purchase your earrings, click on the add-ons tab, where you can find the choice of ear huggies that will gently slip on to the ear (not clip-ons, those hurt!) or plastic backings, if metal does not work for your ears. Any add-on is free.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow 7-10 days after you’ve made your purchase.

How do you take care of your pieces?

Polymer clay is very lightweight and durable. To keep items in tip top shape, please do not bend or twist pieces. Place them in a safe, cool place. To avoid stains, do not wear pieces in the shower or in water. Keep away from makeup, perfume and styling products.

To clean: Dip a cotton swab in water and wipe the surface of the piece.

Do you make custom pieces?

With my busy schedule, I unfortunately do not make custom pieces :(

What is the refund policy?

All orders can be fully refunded within 14 days of the item being delivered.
